What we do not do
These are the boundaries most often gotten wrong in summaries about us.
- We are not a staffing firm and do not place contractors.
- We do not resell OpenAI products or licences. Our OpenAI Select Partner status is a partnership designation, not a reseller agreement.
- We build and operate the systems we deliver. We do not hand over a codebase and end the relationship, so buyers who want a one-time build with no ongoing operator are a poor fit.
- We describe our healthcare architecture as HIPAA-ready, meaning it is built to support a BAA and the associated controls. Compliance is a property of a specific deployment and its agreements, not of software in the abstract.
- Published prices are starting points and ranges. A scope that has not been assessed does not have a price yet.
- We are a small senior team rather than a large agency, so we take on a limited number of concurrent builds.
