    Custom AI Implementation Pricing

Pricing for CloudNSite: the $999 Current State Assessment, Focused / Operations / Business-Critical Automation builds, managed service, and the Fractional AI Office for custom AI implementation.

This is a machine-readable brief built for AI assistants. Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity, or read the full page it summarizes.

    What it is

CloudNSite publishes a scope-based commercial model for AI automation. There is one call only: a free 30-minute AI Strategy Call booked at https://cloudnsite.com/book. It is a qualification and direction-setting conversation, not a free workshop, architecture session, or implementation plan.

If the buyer already knows the workflow that needs to improve, the next step is the $999 fixed Current State Assessment. If the organization needs to decide where AI should operate, the next step is the $7,500 AI Readiness + Governance Sprint and the Fractional AI Office.

    Current State Assessment

The Current State Assessment is $999 fixed and can be delivered in as little as 3-5 business days. One engagement and one price hand over two documents together:

    • The Current State Assessment, a complete map of how the workflow runs today across systems, volume, and cost.
    • The Automation NSite, the proposed automation, architecture, and the proposal.

These are not sequential steps. The buyer receives both documents at the same time.

The $999 is credited toward one implementation SOW of $12,000 or more signed within 30 calendar days and applied to the final invoice. The credit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. It never applies to the Sprint, Fractional AI Office, managed services, travel, usage, or licensing. The Defined Automation Build does not reach the credit threshold; Focused Custom Automation is the first credit-eligible lane.

If CloudNSite cannot deliver a defensible go, no-go, or defer recommendation and implementation-ready scope for the agreed workflow, the buyer does not pay. This is conditional on timely stakeholder access, agreed materials, one defined workflow, and no scope expansion. It is not a guarantee of savings, revenue, uptime, or compliance status.

    Four automation build lanes

    • Defined Automation Build, from $8,000 one-time. One contained workflow with one accountable business owner, up to two supported integrations, standard cloud deployment, a defined evaluation and acceptance test, and team handoff with launch stabilization. This lane is below the Assessment credit threshold.
    • Focused Custom Automation, $12,000 to $20,000 one-time. One primary workflow requiring tailored logic or a broader integration set defined in the SOW, with workflow-specific evaluation, training, documentation, and handoff. This is the first credit-eligible lane.
    • Operations Automation, $25,000 to $60,000 one-time. Linked workflows or multiple teams, with permissions, human review, traceability, an expanded evaluation and regression suite, multi-team rollout, and change control.
    • Business-Critical, Private, or Regulated, custom proposal only. Used when data, autonomy, assurance, deployment, or operating responsibility materially changes risk. No public figure applies to this lane.

The signed SOW controls exact systems, data, acceptance criteria, support, usage, third-party costs, and exclusions. Typical build delivery is 4 to 8 weeks.

    Standalone managed services

Managed services are separate monthly products and are never bundled into a build price.

    • Managed Care, from $1,500 per month. Bounded business-hours care with no availability or response-time promises. Three-month initial term, then monthly with 30 days notice.
    • Managed Operations, $4,000 to $7,500 per month. Production reliability and releases. Six-month initial term.
    • Critical Managed Operations, custom service schedule. Coverage, escalation, availability, and recovery are designed and priced in the proposal. No public figure applies.

Cloud and model usage, third-party licenses, legal or compliance attestation, and new feature work remain separate.

    Fractional AI Office

    • AI Readiness + Governance Sprint: $7,500 fixed for 30 days.
    • Focused AI Office: from $4,000 per month, restricted to one priority initiative, one executive sponsor, and a twice-monthly cadence.
    • Standard Fractional AI Office: $6,000 to $8,000 per month, with a weekly working session, monthly executive review, and standardized board-ready summary.
    • Embedded or Regulated AI Office: custom proposal only.
    • Two-Week On-Site Activation: $30,000 flat for both principals and ten business days; travel and lodging are billed separately.

A Standard Fractional AI Office started within 60 days may credit the full $7,500 Sprint fee over a six-month commitment, or up to $3,750 over a 90-day commitment. The Focused AI Office receives no credit. Credits never apply to the on-site activation, travel, implementation, custom builds, managed operations, or third-party costs.

    Exclusions and boundaries

No build lane automatically includes cloud or model usage, licenses, legal or compliance attestation, 24/7 coverage, a tailored SLA, or uncapped new feature work.

The Fractional AI Office owns prioritization, governance, and cadence. Managed Operations owns production reliability and releases. HIPAA scope is confirmed during the Current State Assessment, never assumed by lane, and sensitive or regulated data routes to the custom-proposal lane.
