What does the build cost cover?

Design, implementation, integration, the evaluation work defined for the lane, deployment, and the handoff defined in the SOW. The lane's scope drivers above are the boundary: work that crosses a driver moves the build up a lane before it starts, not after.

Is HIPAA-ready architecture included?

HIPAA scope is confirmed during the Current State Assessment, never assumed by lane. Regulated work is not by itself a custom-proposal trigger. A routine workflow under HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, GLBA, or PCI is quoted from the published lanes, with its control requirements scoped upfront. CloudNSite builds to the client's framework and implements the controls the client specifies. Legal, clinical, financial, and compliance accountability stays with the client and its advisors.

How long does a build take?

Build length depends on scope and is set in the signed statement of work.

Does the Assessment credit apply to every lane?

Yes. If you build with us, the full $999 Current State Assessment fee is credited toward the implementation build.

Who runs the system after launch?

CloudNSite builds and maintains its systems. Every lane ends with a defined stabilization window, and ongoing operation is scoped after the build.

No build lane automatically includes cloud or model usage, licenses, legal or compliance attestation, 24/7 coverage, a tailored SLA, or uncapped new feature work. The signed SOW controls exact systems, data, acceptance criteria, support, usage, third-party costs, and exclusions. Every production workflow names the decisions a human approves and where exceptions escalate. Every build has a defined acceptance test. Operations-scale builds ship an evaluation and regression suite. Build and operations are separate contracts. Handover support is scoped into every contract. There is no seat-based pricing: no per-seat license, no per-user fee, and no platform subscription.
