Someone who has taken retrieval, agents, evaluations, and tool calls out of demos and into production workflows with real users.
Designer who can ship Tailwind and React
A product-minded designer who can move from interface judgment to working components without handing everything to another team.

How we work
CloudNSite is built around direct implementation. The work is close to the client, close to the workflow, and measured by whether the system runs in production.

Who we hire from
We do not require a big-tech background. Experience matters more than pedigree, especially experience shipping systems that had to survive messy data, unclear requirements, and real operational pressure.
The strongest signal is a clear case study: what you built, what constraints you handled, how the workflow changed, and what you learned after people used it.
How to introduce yourself

What to include
Keep it plain: the workflow, the users, the tools involved, the hard constraint, and the part you personally owned. Links are more useful than a polished cover letter.
