CloudNSite ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website cloudnsite.com or use our services.

Server Logs and Company-Level Interest
Our web server records standard access logs. These logs can include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser details, and approximate region.
We keep raw access logs for no more than 90 days. We use them for company-level interest analysis, which covers visitors from any country.
We use a one-way IP address hash only to prevent duplicate aggregate records. The retained records contain company names and site activity, not raw IP addresses.
We do not sell this data. Company-level log analysis does not name individuals. A separate service, described under Website Visitor Identification below, does identify some visitors, and that section explains how it works and how to opt out.
Website Visitor Identification
We use a third-party service called GetLeads to identify some business visitors to this site. A script on our pages records an identifier for your browser and sends it to GetLeads. GetLeads matches that identifier against its own database and, where there is a match, returns a business profile to us. That profile can include a name, job title, work email address, LinkedIn profile, and employer.
This only works for visitors in the United States, and it only works when your details are already in the GetLeads network because you provided them to another site at some point. It identifies some visitors and not others.
We use this to understand which businesses are interested in our services and to decide who our team should contact. We do not trigger automated email from it. Any outreach that follows is written and reviewed by a person.
To opt out, contact us and we will delete your record and exclude you going forward. You can also block the script using most browser privacy settings, an ad blocker, or a tracker-blocking extension.
Analytics and Session Recording
We use Google Analytics to measure how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and roughly where they are. We use Microsoft Clarity for the same purpose, and Clarity additionally records session replays, meaning a reconstruction of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling on the pages you visit. Neither is used to identify you by name.
Both services set cookies. You can block them through your browser settings or by using a tracker-blocking extension.
Advertising Measurement
We run ads on OpenAI platforms, and this site carries OpenAI's conversion pixel. It tells OpenAI when a visit that started from one of our ads reached a page such as the booking page, so we can tell which ads work. It records the event and the page, not your name.
You can block it through your browser settings or a tracker-blocking extension, the same way as the analytics tools above.
