Privacy Policy

If you give us a mobile number on a form and check the separate, optional texting box, CloudNSite LLC will text you about your inquiry or appointment: confirmations, scheduling and follow-up after your call. Texting is optional and is not required to book a call. We send up to 8 messages per month. We do not send promotions or bulk texts.

When you give us a number, we record the number, whether you checked the texting box, your name, the page and language where you gave it, the time, your IP address, your browser details, and the exact wording you saw, so we can show that you agreed. We use this only to send and manage these texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. A messaging service provider delivers our texts for us and handles your number only to carry our messages. All categories exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Calls with CloudNSite, including calls with our AI strategist, may use an artificial or AI voice and may be recorded and transcribed. You can ask for a person at any time.

We use recordings and transcripts to answer your request, follow up, and check the quality of our service. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us at the start of the call or email info@cloudnsite.com and we will help another way, such as by email.

When you complete a mini assessment or another tool on our site, AI services may process your answers to produce your result and to prepare for a conversation with you. The service providers we use for this act on our instructions.

Do not enter health records, account numbers, or other sensitive personal information into these tools. People at CloudNSite may read your answers when they follow up with you.

Our web server records standard access logs. These logs can include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser details, and approximate region.

We keep raw access logs for no more than 90 days. We use them for company-level interest analysis, which covers visitors from any country.

We use a one-way IP address hash only to prevent duplicate aggregate records. The retained records contain company names and site activity, not raw IP addresses.

We do not sell this data. Company-level log analysis does not name individuals.

We use GetLeads (id.getleads.io), a service operated by GetLeads, to identify the business that visited this site. A script from GetLeads runs on our pages and sends GetLeads information about your visit, including your network (IP) address. GetLeads tries to match the visit to a business.

When GetLeads can match a visit to a business, it sends us a profile. The profile can include the business and work contact information for a person at that business: name, job title, and work email. It does not identify every visitor. GetLeads' own privacy policy is at getleads.io/privacy.

We use this only for sales follow-up with the businesses that show interest in our services. We do not use it to send text messages or place calls. We never send text messages to a phone number we received from GetLeads or any other third-party lead source. We text only numbers people type into our forms with the texting box checked.

To opt out or ask us to delete a record about you, email info@cloudnsite.com. We will delete it and exclude you going forward. The GetLeads script does not load when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block it with your browser privacy settings or a tracker-blocking extension. We do not claim that our analytics tools or advertising pixel act on that signal.

We keep this information only as long as we need it for follow-up. GetLeads is the only visitor identification service we run. If we ever add another one, such as a service that matches network addresses to companies, we will name it here before we use it.

We use Google Analytics to measure how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and roughly where they are. We use Microsoft Clarity for the same purpose, and Clarity additionally records session replays, meaning a reconstruction of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling on the pages you visit. Neither is used to identify you by name.

Both services set cookies. You can block them through your browser settings or by using a tracker-blocking extension. The other third-party scripts on this site are the OpenAI conversion pixel, described below, and GetLeads, described above.

We run ads on OpenAI platforms, and this site carries OpenAI's conversion pixel. It tells OpenAI when a visit that started from one of our ads reached a page such as the booking page, so we can tell which ads work. It records the event and the page, not your name.

You can block it through your browser settings or a tracker-blocking extension, the same way as the analytics tools above.

We keep raw server access logs for no more than 90 days. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, such as answering your inquiry, running an engagement, meeting legal record-keeping duties, or showing that you agreed to texts. We keep text-message consent records for four years after our last text to you, then delete them.

We keep call recordings and transcripts only as long as we need them to handle your request and check our service, then delete or de-identify them.
