These terms apply when you use cloudnsite.com and when you contact or book with CloudNSite LLC ("CloudNSite," "we," or "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

CloudNSite helps teams improve their operations with AI. Anything we build or deliver for you is covered by a separate written agreement or statement of work. Information on this site is general. It is not a quote or a promise of results.

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, or probe it, and do not submit false information. Our booking form and tools are for real business inquiries.

Calls with CloudNSite, including calls with our AI strategist, may use an artificial or AI voice and may be recorded and transcribed. You can ask for a person at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use recordings and transcripts.

Program: CloudNSite. The operator is CloudNSite LLC, 1870 The Exchange SE, Atlanta, GA 30339.

What you get: texts about your inquiry or appointment, which are confirmations, scheduling and follow-up after your call. We do not send promotions or bulk texts.

How you sign up: you sign up by typing a mobile number into a form on cloudnsite.com and checking the separate box that says CloudNSite may text you. The box is optional and never pre-checked. No texting checkbox is required to book a call, see a result or use our services, and a phone number alone is never consent to text.

How often: up to 8 messages per month.

Cost: CloudNSite does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Stop: reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.

Carriers: carriers and their partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes: we may change this text program or these terms. We will post the change on this page with a new effective date.

The content on this site belongs to CloudNSite or its licensors. Do not copy it for commercial use without our permission. Our assessments and tools give general information. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

The site and its tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CloudNSite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
