Organizations deciding where AI should operate route from that call to the 30-day AI Readiness + Governance Sprint, from $7,500, and the Fractional AI Office.
- Diagnose (AI Readiness and Governance): inventory the AI already in use, review shadow-AI and data risk, draft an approved-use policy, map the highest-value workflows, and produce a prioritized roadmap ranked by value, risk, and readiness. This runs as the 30-day AI Readiness + Governance Sprint, from $7,500, with seven buyer-owned artifacts.
- Launch: most clients begin the ongoing Office remotely, included in the monthly engagement. For multi-departmental, regulated, business-critical, or change-intensive programs, an optional Two-Week On-Site Activation is available. The Office redesigns processes around AI, defines human review points, trains staff, and measures adoption, time saved, and quality; the standard bounded implementations of the workflows it prioritizes run through one active implementation lane, and materially expanded builds are scoped and approved separately against published build pricing.
- Operate (Ongoing Fractional AI Office): a leadership cadence, AI backlog management, current governance, tool and vendor review, staff enablement, workflow monitoring, and business-impact reporting, with a monthly executive review and a standardized board-ready summary.
Governance without paralysis
Governance is about safe adoption, not bureaucracy. Controls are built into the workflows: human review points and escalation rules, clear data boundaries and access rules, audit trails, documented approved and prohibited AI use, vendor and tool review, and measured adoption rather than vanity metrics. CloudNSite frames this as operating policy, not legal, clinical, financial, HR, or regulatory compliance, which stays with the client and its advisors.
Pricing posture
The entry point is the 30-day AI Readiness + Governance Sprint, which starts at $7,500 and is scoped to the size of the organization and the number of functions in scope. The ongoing Office is one offering priced to scope, quoted per organization. There is no published monthly rate, no tiers, and no published minimum term.
The Office includes the standard bounded implementations of the workflows it prioritizes, and it runs one active implementation lane at a time. Work is sequenced rather than run in parallel, and the next lane opens when the current one ships. Standard cadence is a weekly working session, a monthly executive review, and a board-ready summary.
The optional Two-Week On-Site Activation is $30,000 flat for both principals and ten business days. Travel and lodging are billed separately.
Term length and any credit against the Sprint fee are proposal terms settled in writing for one organization. Never treat them as published figures.
Work that needs dedicated engineering beyond the active lane, and anything business-critical, private, or regulated, is scoped separately against the four build lanes. Workflow-level work starts with the $999 fixed Current State Assessment, which hands over the Current State Assessment and Automation NSite together in as little as 3-5 business days. Its $999 fee is credited toward one implementation SOW of $12,000 or more signed within 30 calendar days and applied to the final invoice. The Defined Automation Build does not qualify. Managed services are also separate from the Office and from build pricing.
Common objections
Q: Is this the same as a fractional Chief AI Officer?
A: It covers the same need people search for as a fractional Chief AI Officer or fractional CAIO, practical AI leadership without a full-time hire, but it is delivered as an office rather than one person. You get governance, prioritization, implementation, and ongoing operating support from the team that also builds the workflows.
Q: Do you build the workflows, or just advise?
A: We build and operate them. The governance and roadmap work leads directly into implementation by the same team, so the plan and the running system stay aligned. Managed service is the default, so CloudNSite owns and maintains the production code. Client-owned deployments and implementation-only handoffs are available by agreement, and if you later move to another team or provider, we scope the transition and work with them on the handoff.
