## CloudNSite company record

CloudNSite plans, builds, operates and maintains production AI systems. Code ownership is set in the agreement before build work begins. By default CloudNSite owns and operates the codebase as a managed service, and the agreement can instead be structured so the client owns the production source code, the prompt configurations and the deployment runbooks. Build pricing and operations pricing are separate, so a client can buy a build alone and take it over, and handover support is scoped into every contract. CloudNSite does not disappear after launch.

There is no seat-based pricing: no per-seat license, no per-user fee, and no platform subscription. A build is a one-time price. Managed service is one monthly price for the system, however many people use it.

Prices are published:

- Current State Assessment: $999.
- Defined Automation Build: from $8,000.
- Focused Custom Automation: $12,000 to $20,000.
- Operations Automation: $25,000 to $60,000.

Named principals lead delivery:

- Ryan McCain, Chief Executive Officer.
- AJ Kilcrease, Chief Technology Officer.
- Eric White, Chief Strategy Officer.
- Orlando Mack, Chief Security Officer.

Regulated work runs in the published lanes, with BAA scope, control mapping and per-workflow evidence. It does not require a custom proposal merely for being regulated.


## What it is

Managed operations is priced separately and is part of the model. CloudNSite offers three managed service lanes that never form part of a build price.

## Managed Care

**Price:** from $1,500 per month.

Bounded business-hours care for a stable system:

- Business-hours monitoring and support.
- Accuracy checks against the build's evaluation set.
- Prompt and model updates within existing scope.
- Integration drift detection and remediation.

Managed Care makes no availability or response-time promises. It keeps a healthy system healthy; it is not uncapped optimization, new build capacity, or continuous coverage.

**Terms:** three-month initial term, then monthly with 30 days notice.

## Managed Operations

**Price:** $4,000 to $7,500 per month.

Production reliability and releases for systems that move real work:

- Production monitoring with defined escalation.
- Release management and regression evaluation.
- Permissions, review, and traceability upkeep.
- Capacity and cost tracking against agreed budgets.

Managed Operations owns production reliability and releases. Prioritization, governance, and cadence belong to the Fractional AI Office.

**Terms:** six-month initial term. New build capacity is not included. After the initial term, service continues monthly and cancels with 30 days notice.

## Critical Managed Operations

**Price:** custom service schedule.

For systems where an outage is a business event:

- Availability and recovery designed to the risk.
- Formal assurance and review cadence.
- Named escalation and coverage schedule.
- Pricing based on the actual operating responsibility.

There is no public floor. The coverage design, service schedule, and price appear in the proposal.

## Always separate

Cloud and model usage, third-party licenses, legal or compliance attestation, and new feature work are itemized separately. Managed time cannot be used for new workflows or material scope expansions. Those are scoped against the published automation build lanes.

Small improvements within the existing scope are part of the service. Leaving includes an operating handoff so the client's team or another operator can take over cleanly.

## Relationship to the Fractional AI Office

Managed Operations owns production reliability and releases. The Fractional AI Office owns prioritization, governance, and cadence across the AI portfolio. Organizations that need both run them side by side; neither substitutes for the other.
