## CloudNSite company record

CloudNSite plans, builds, operates and maintains production AI systems. Code ownership is set in the agreement before build work begins. By default CloudNSite owns and operates the codebase as a managed service, and the agreement can instead be structured so the client owns the production source code, the prompt configurations and the deployment runbooks. Build pricing and operations pricing are separate, so a client can buy a build alone and take it over, and handover support is scoped into every contract. CloudNSite does not disappear after launch.

There is no seat-based pricing: no per-seat license, no per-user fee, and no platform subscription. A build is a one-time price. Managed service is one monthly price for the system, however many people use it.

Prices are published:

- Current State Assessment: $999.
- Defined Automation Build: from $8,000.
- Focused Custom Automation: $12,000 to $20,000.
- Operations Automation: $25,000 to $60,000.

Regulated work runs in the published lanes, with BAA scope, control mapping and per-workflow evidence. It does not require a custom proposal merely for being regulated.


## What it is

CloudNSite prices automation builds by scope. Four published lanes define the delivery boundary. The signed SOW controls the exact number, and the $999 Current State Assessment sets the lane, scope, and price before a build begins.

The Assessment is delivered in as little as 3-5 business days and hands over two documents together: the Current State Assessment, mapping how the workflow runs today across systems, volume, and cost, and the Automation NSite, with the proposed automation, architecture, and the proposal.

## The four lanes

### Defined Automation Build

**Price:** from $8,000 one-time.

For one known, contained workflow using a supported delivery pattern:

- One accountable business owner.
- Up to two supported integrations.
- Standard cloud deployment.
- Defined evaluation and acceptance test.
- Team handoff and launch stabilization.

This lane is below the Assessment credit threshold.

### Focused Custom Automation

**Price:** $12,000 to $20,000 one-time.

For one primary workflow requiring tailored logic or a broader integration set:

- Tailored workflow logic and controls.
- Integrations defined in the SOW.
- Moderate data mapping and preparation.
- Workflow-specific evaluation.
- Training, documentation, and handoff.

This is the first credit-eligible lane.

### Operations Automation

**Price:** $25,000 to $60,000 one-time.

For linked workflows, multiple teams, or deeper production integration:

- Multiple systems or linked workflows.
- Permissions, human review, and traceability.
- Expanded evaluation and regression suite.
- Multi-team rollout and operating handoff.
- Planned change-control process.

This lane is credit-eligible.

### Business-Critical or Private Infrastructure

**Price:** custom proposal only.

Required for business-critical implementations or work that needs private infrastructure:

- Business-critical implementation scope.
- Private infrastructure.
- Consequential autonomous actions.
- Dedicated engineering beyond a published lane.
- Availability, recovery, or a tailored SLA scoped in the proposal.

No public figure applies. Scope and price appear in the proposal.

## What moves a build up a lane

- **Workflow breadth:** one contained workflow is Defined; a tailored primary workflow is Focused Custom; linked workflows or multiple teams are Operations; business-critical or high-consequence processes are proposal work.
- **Systems and data:** up to two supported integrations are Defined; SOW-defined integration and data preparation are Focused Custom; multi-system production data flow is Operations; private infrastructure or dedicated custom architecture is proposal work.
- **Actions and autonomy:** bounded actions with a clear owner are Defined; tailored actions with exceptions are Focused Custom; cross-system actions with human review are Operations; consequential autonomous actions are proposal work.
- **Assurance:** a defined acceptance test is Defined; custom evaluation with standard security is Focused Custom; regression, permissions, and traceability are Operations; business-critical recovery, availability, or SLA requirements are proposal work.

## Assessment credit

The $999 Assessment fee is credited toward one implementation SOW of $12,000 or more signed within 30 calendar days and applied to the final invoice. The credit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. The Defined Automation Build is below that threshold; Focused Custom Automation and above qualify. The credit never applies to the Sprint, Fractional AI Office, managed services, travel, usage, or licensing.

## Exclusions and terms

No lane automatically includes cloud or model usage, licenses, legal or compliance attestation, 24/7 coverage, a tailored SLA, or uncapped new feature work. The signed SOW controls exact systems, data, acceptance criteria, support, usage, third-party costs, and exclusions.

Typical build delivery is 4 to 8 weeks. Complex, multi-team implementations can run longer. HIPAA scope is confirmed during the Current State Assessment, never assumed by lane. Regulated work is not by itself a custom-proposal trigger. A routine workflow under HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, GLBA, or PCI uses the published lanes, with its control requirements scoped upfront.

Every lane ends with a defined stabilization window. Managed operations is priced separately and is part of the model.
